FISHING
Deep sea fishing as well as tag and release bilfishing; permits may be required. There are a number of qualified sea fishing guides located on Provo. Charter company recommended : Hookem Fishing Adventures and we have their brochures in the villa. SOME OF THE BEST BONEFISHING IN THE WORLD IS LOCATED RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR DOORS, FRONT AND BACK. FLAMINGO LAKE FRONT OF THE VILLA AND THE OCEAN ON THE POOL/BEACH SIDE. PEOPLE COME FROM ALL OVER THE ISLAND TO USE THESE BEAUTIFUL WATERS.
BEST DIVING
Some of the best diving on the planet!!! These dive operations are very close and will work with you on a villa pick up.

TENNIS
Hard courts at the Provo Golf & Country Club (1-649-946-5833) are open to the public for a small fee. Located just a short 15-minute drive from Villa Tropidero.
SURFING/KAYAKING
Surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing; said by a local friend to be the best, right in front of our house. Wind surfing, sea cycling, kayaking, and parasailing are available under the direction of reputable guides.
KITE BOARDING
Kite boarding is provided on Providenciales, a 25 mile long island in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Kiteboarding or sometimes called kitesurfing is like wakeboarding without a boat. Instead of a boat pulling you along the water, you are creating power with a giant sail and that giant sail is a kite.
SHOPPING/SPAS/DINING
World class spas and restaurants which are minutes away. We have brochures at the villa and some spas will come to the villa and do massages right in our beautiful breezeway or on the beach!
HORSEBACK RIDING
Horseback riding is also available. Provo Ponies offers morning and afternoon rides for those of all experience levels. Riders take the quiet roads, secluded canals, and beaches in Long Bay Hills during a 1½-hour ride, including 45 minutes on the beach. Reservations are required. Monday through Friday only. GOLF
Provo Golf and Country Club is a first-class golf facility designed by Karl Litten. The 6,500-yard, 18-hole, par-72 championship course has a rating of 71.2 and a slope of 124. Amenities include the Fairways Bar & Grill, lighted tennis courts, and a pro shop. The Fairways Bar & Grill is a “truly unique eating experience overlooking Provo’s greenest gardens.” Open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch, 7am-3pm, and open for dinner Tuesday-Saturday, 6pm-10pm.
